More Comments at Google MapWhen I was looking for a restaurant in Wakayama City, I went to Castle because I was drawn to the impressive set meal of Wakayama Ramen and Katsu Curry. The store layout is also great. It has an old-fashioned appearance from the Showa era that makes you feel like you're going to be treated to delicious food. The parking lot was next door. I ordered the Castle Set Meal, ramen and cutlet curry for 1,300 yen, and it was as good as it looked. Delicious and solid Wakayama ramen. And it's great that it doesn't smell like a beast. The small cutlet curry had a lot of cutlets and I was impressed. I thought it was a raw egg, but it turned out to be a boiled egg.
I was doing it alone with a crooked aunt. I wonder if it's a store that has been loved for many years. I ordered a Chinese soba curry set meal (1050 yen). Arrived fairly early. Chuka soba is "traditional Chinese soba" if you are a Wakayama citizen (citizen?) purveyor. Curry is muddy and rich and spicy. I think it's as per the reviews. I don't think children or people who don't like spicy food can eat it. It's moderately spicy. The size of Chinese noodles was normal, and the curry was a little smaller, so it was a good balance.
Chinese noodles and spice curry are exquisitely delicious 😋 addictive taste
