I ordered cold kishimen, but I prefer it colder, but it's good enough! I wanted wasabi. The store clerk is also kind and polite and very satisfied.

A popular shop in Handa, there is always a line at lunch. We had kishimen and miso stewed udon. This is my personal opinion, but my favorite in Aichi is Miso Nikomi Udon. I also went to a famous store in Nagoya, but this is my favorite taste. One point I would like to make is that when I received the Kishimen Tempura set meal, there was no table seasoning to add to the tempura. At that time, I ate it with kishimen soup, but it would have been nice to have salt, tempura sauce, or soy sauce... Dipping soy sauce in tempura is only possible in the Kanto region, so it's impossible w There were other ramen, so I will visit you again! It was really delicious! Thank you for the meal.

I entered the store around 1:30pm on a weekday. The store was full, so I had to wait for a while, but the store is small so there was almost no place to wait. There was a counter and tables inside the store. This time I had the udon set meal. The udon set meal comes with a main dish of udon, tempura, rice, and a small side dish. The udon noodles were simple with fried and kamaboko pieces, and the noodles had just the right amount of chewiness, not too hard or too soft, and the tempura was really delicious when soaked in the soup stock. The tempura includes shrimp, sweet potato, and eggplant, and is crispy and delicious right down to the tempura. The customer service was polite and friendly, and even though they were busy, they even came to fetch us tea and were very attentive.
