Handa, Aichi, Japan｜海鮮・和食 徳良

I was scheduled to arrive at 13:30, so I contacted them before visiting. There was no one else there, I was the only one, but I was able to get in. I wanted to eat some delicious fish, so I chose sardines from today's fish. I used the boiled fish cooking method recommended by the restaurant staff. It was very fatty and looked like it had been boiled just beforehand, rather than being left to boil. It also included salad, small side dishes, tofu, miso soup and rice, and pickles, making it a very satisfying lunch.

I have an insatiable craving for grilled fish❢. Chita Peninsula salt-grilled horse mackerel set meal 1,100 yen. Everything is perfect❢. The chawanmushi alone had a luxurious taste.
