Nakakotai, Nishi-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture ¥400~December 11:00-20:00 Sunday (Closed) 2023/10/16 Gekishibu Shokudo in Nishi Ward, Nagoya. A Super Cub motorcycle in an old tin-walled building. The entrance is a sliding sash door, but the inside of the store still retains its Showa-era appearance. On the red-painted mortar earthen floor, a 10cm-high edge of fine tiles runs all the way around the floor. The old-fashioned interior of the restaurant, with 4 well-used tables and 4 narrow raised tables on either side, reflects the taste of the restaurant. I asked the old man for the most expensive tempura bowl (750 yen). The tempura bowl, which is served in a rectangular tray and served in a bowl, is simple with two shrimps and green onions, but it is soaked in sauce, just like a tempura bowl at a downtown restaurant. The miso soup is rich in red soup stock with plenty of taro, eggplant, enoki mushrooms, seaweed, daikon radish, and onion. The lightly pickled cucumbers are salty, which gives them a unique flavor. The types of ingredients in the tempura bowl are simple, but the simplicity is superior, and the flavor is deep, just like the old man. The old man refills the tea with trembling hands. He seems to be quite old as he chats carefreely with the regular customers, but he's still active, just like the rest of the shop. The only other customer who came to the store as usual was a businessman who was leaving after eating a large bottle of beer and the food that was served. I'm sorry that I opened the sash door the wrong way on the way home and the door wouldn't close. The old man corrected me and said that was wrong. The restaurant is a restaurant that has survived in an ever-changing era, and the old man, who speaks of its antiquity, is working hard even with trembling hands. This is a rare encounter where you can experience the joy of discovering something while also experiencing a trip back in time, and even feel deeply entertained.

The last time I passed by, it was temporarily closed, but it was open today ♪ It's great that the father runs it by himself. During the temporary closure, Desuga apparently thought about closing the shop because his mother passed away from the coronavirus, but he wanted to continue as long as he could, so he is currently open with full energy. So, I ordered egg bowl and ramen. It's delicious. No wonder local regulars have been coming here for a long time. Now that I'm full, I spend some time talking with my dad. It has been 56 years since its founding. A super dad from 1939 who is masterful at using smartphones and managing NISA. He seemed to have had a lot of experience and I was able to hear some interesting stories ♪ I'll be back again.

nice ^_^ My older brother was doing it alone. This is the place to enjoy the atmosphere! And there is only one parking lot! It's behind the store! I will post it as a video. This time, I ordered a cutlet bowl, a tempura bowl, and Chinese noodles. Katsudon and Tendon had different seasonings. There are two shrimps in the tempura bowl. The Chinese soba had wheat gluten in it. There were a surprising number of cartoons. Please note that the prices have changed!
