It is a restaurant where you can eat without being pretentious. I was attracted by the words "homemade miso sauce" on the outside sign and the picture of the miso cutlet and entered. Around 12:00 noon, 90% of the seats were filled. Feeling that the use of tourists and locals is half and half. The miso cutlet set meal was a crispy fried cutlet with a soft and rich miso sauce! Also, the customer service of everyone at the shop was very pleasant (^ ^)

I visited Inuyama Castle for the first time in mid-July. It was already past 2 o'clock and the weather was very hot. I quickly found a restaurant on the street to have lunch. There were not many choices on the menu, so I ordered the recommended miso pork chop, Chinese cold noodles, curry udon and parent-child rice. The portion is quite large, and the miso pork chop is very delicious, with a crispy outer layer and a rich sauce. My son ate curry udon. It looked unappealing, but the curry soup tasted very good. He still remembers the delicious bowl of udon after his return trip. The lady who greeted us carefully gave my son a scarf to prevent the curry soup from staining his white clothes. Here you can eat the delicacies of the small shop, which is very unforgettable. If I have the chance to come to Inuyama Castle again, I will definitely visit again🙏🏻

It was open on Saturdays near City Hall, so I went in for the miso cutlet and shimen noodles. The Kishimen on the menu is called egg-covered or yamakake, but I noticed a picture of chicken covered with egg on top of the noodles, so I asked the restaurant staff what it was, and they told me it was chicken Nanba udon. I wondered if it was Kishimen, but he readily agreed to make it, and happily Chicken Nanba Kishimen was born. thank you very much. I was happy to be able to have a standard dish along with the miso cutlet set meal. The sweet sauce on the miso cutlet is addictive. If you think about it, it's unusual to have tamago toji on udon, but is it common in Chukyo? It was a delicious and good experience. I also wanted to eat Gomoku Chinese noodles.
