I made a reservation at 11:00 and visited for lunch. I had heard rumors, but everything about the hideaway atmosphere, the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, and the delicious food was wonderful. Despite being busy with reservations, it was a thoughtful response. There were 2 men in the kitchen and 1 woman outside, but it was a very pleasant shop. There are many items, especially the handmade satsuma-age, which contains hijiki, carrots, and edamame, and has a sense of the season. Free refills of rice and miso soup.
