Found the place through google maps. If you look for traditional teishoku with homemade teste, this place is one of your choice. The price is so good with the given food portion. I ordered karaage teishoku for 1000yen. It was not only karaage but you can add additional 3 meals of your choice! The additional meal is available depend on the day. The taste was really resembling home-made food. For me, casual tourist (lool for some local restaurants while doing business trip), I like this kind of place and reccomend to the others. Note: The owner cannot speak english but very kind.

At first glance, it may look like a bar only and it may be difficult to enter, but it is an atmosphere where you can easily order just a set meal. The 1000 yen set meal is a large volume set with 3 side dishes prepared by the chef + rice + miso soup + main dish. I have visited several times, but every dish is elaborate and delicious. In particular, the pork ginger grill was very delicious because the teriyaki was exquisite and the meat was good. Kushikatsu, fried chicken, and deep-fried horse mackerel are all high quality. However, the general is quite hard of hearing, so I think we can both be happy if we take care of speaking in a clear and loud voice or pointing + nodding. Recommended!

I visited on a Sunday at 5pm. I ordered a sashimi set meal. It was full of volume with the main tuna sashimi, three side dishes to choose from, red soup stock, and rice. I would like to try a different menu next time.
