2022.8.18. Visited around 2pm, just before closing. Nagoya Iiodo's miso cutlet and this store's original? I ordered a stir-fried vegetable cutlet for lunch. Miso is a rich sauce with a slightly bitter taste that is unique to this region. Although the meat is thin, it blends well with the crispy fried batter and is delicious! Lightly stir-fried bean sprouts and onions are piled high enough to cover the cutlet. The crunchiness of the bean sprouts and the sweetness of the onions work well in place of the sauce. She also praised the cutlet, saying that it was well seasoned and delicious on its own. The garnished cabbage was also hand-cut, although it was thin and irregular. I enjoyed the sweetness of the cabbage, which is not found in vegetables cut with a slicer. I sincerely appreciate the master's uncompromising, professional work. While praising her for finding such a good restaurant, we give her an undisputed 5 stars.

It was delicious. The people at the shop are also kind and I plan to go back to eat something different soon.

Stopped by for lunch. It wasn't what I expected, but it was cheap and delicious. I want to use it again.
