I don't go to Yoshinoya very often, but I was there for lunch, and the customer service was very good. The inside of the store is the type where you wait at your seat after ordering, which is common these days. The inside of the store is clean, and the consistency of the taste is unique to a chain store.

He's very friendly, and even though it was a drive-thru, he didn't make a bad face and helped me use the restroom, which was great.
