I used it for lunch. It was my first time using Machikadoya, so I was nervous about the system. The style of buying food tickets immediately after entering the store (cash only, large bills accepted). When you purchase a meal ticket, the staff will guide you to your seat and hand you your meal ticket on the spot. I was able to get seated very smoothly. There are many kinds of set meals, so you can eat them every day without getting bored! This time I ordered the daily lunch special. This is an amazing 590 yen! I was surprised that it was cheaper than the bento box in the basement. Moreover, it was hot and crispy. You can have as many refills of rice as you like, so you can enjoy the side dishes to your heart's content. I was impressed with the quality at this price. All the staff are very polite. I felt great. I will visit again.

I use it on days when I have to work late. I usually use it after 10pm. The last order is 22:30, and due to the coronavirus pandemic, we are open until this time, which is helpful. It's always empty when I visit, so I can sit down right away. There are also two ticket vending machines, so you won't have to wait. As soon as you take your ticket and take your seat, a staff member will pick it up for you. Other than rice bowls, you can also eat all-you-can-eat rice. I like soba, so I'm having trouble choosing between soba and side dishes. For drinks, there is a water dispenser for tea and water, so you can drink it yourself. There are steps at the entrance, so it may be difficult for people with walking disabilities or people in wheelchairs to use the facility. There is no private parking lot. There is a coin parking nearby.
