As a good taste that is acceptable to foreigners, the burdock is cooked thoroughly and fragrant, and the taste of the miso soup is not too heavy or salty. Apart from the 160 yen for additional rice, this shop can give you 10 /10. The store clerk is also very kind. It feels reassuring and authentic after a long time. I think I will go there more times in the near future.
