Yachiyo, Chiba, Japan｜Ootoya

I went shopping at Yachiyo Midorigaoka Aeon Mall. When I was walking through the restaurant area on the first floor, which I always passed through, Otoya opened, so I went in. This shop was open from 10:00 and other shops were still preparing. The guide also came right away and it felt good. The menu was abundant and I got lost in various ways. Soon after I was seated, the clerk brought me both cold and tea 🍵. I have never experienced such hospitality at any store. I'm so happy~ After ordering, when I looked at the menu again, there was another sheet of paper... If I looked closely, the calories of all the menus were written. Surprised by this (...;) I have never seen such a well-organized shop. The amount of food I ordered was also large and I was full. I would like to try another menu. It was delicious.

It is located in the restaurant area on the 1st floor of Aeon Mall. It's always crowded on Saturdays and Sundays, and by 5:30pm today, 90% of the seats were occupied. In the past, it used to take a long time for your order to arrive, but now it's relatively fast even when it's crowded. (It seems like it got faster after the M&A...🤔?) Today, I ordered a charcoal-grilled Okime sea bream marinated in Saikyo miso, a set meal of chicken and vegetables with black vinegar sauce, and a pork loin cutlet with grated ponzu sauce. Saikyo miso pickles have a weaker taste than I expected, but they are delicious when eaten with the grated daikon radish that comes with the set! You can change the rice to five-grain rice, but you can ask for sesame furikake (furikake) to change the taste of white rice, so I think either option is fine. Ootoya has a stable taste.
