Chiba, Japan｜味香供

I pass by every time I go to Animate, but I didn't realize it was my father's shop lol I don't want people to think I'm just a simple believer, so I'll add that I've visited the store twice. The char siu and simmered offal were especially delicious, but I thought it was a pretty good shop because the master had a good personality and the regular customers talked to me at the counter.

It's delicious here. No, it's more like "delicious" than delicious. It has a Showa retro look and looks dirty at first glance, but you can always make something new and beautiful, but money can't buy a time-honoured texture. It's a store that I want to cherish and preserve. The taste is similar to that of a regular restaurant in town, so it's not an exquisite dish, but it's definitely a taste. This is also a luxury.

This shop is absolutely great! Confirm! It's dirty though. The food looks delicious! Fried rice looks delicious! I want to go! It's quite far away, but I definitely want to go there when I grow up! 🤗
