I visited a cafeteria in Chiba City Public Market for lunch on weekdays. When I entered from the entrance next to the giant sea bream and turnip objects, there were a lot of cars parked in the parking lot, mainly in front of the building where the cafeteria is located, probably because I visited around 13:00. Climb the stairs following the arrow that says "Dining Street entrance" pasted at the entrance of a two-story building with yellow and blue stripes. . It's a very strange structure. The dining room I was looking for was this Sakura. When I entered without lining up, I took a seat at the counter and ordered the mixed fry set meal (1,000 yen for a large serving of rice). Both the first and second customers ordered sashimi, so I was a little worried, but when I saw the set meal that arrived in 10 minutes, I was convinced that it was a very satisfying order. The first thing that caught my eye was not only Bulldog Chuno Sauce, but also a container of tartar sauce that seems to be homemade. All-you-can-eat tartar sauce? ? There are only five fried foods served as mixed fry. It's full of volume. I knew the shrimp and horse mackerel right away, but I couldn't tell the remaining three items just by looking at them. It's basically a stance to eat from the front, so I'll have it from the front right. Even if you imagine from the size etc., is it fried oysters out of season? A bite while thinking. Surprisingly, the first item was a scallop with a string. The scent of the ocean unique to shellfish is suitable for the top batter and stimulates your appetite. When I ate the second and third items, horse mackerel and fried shrimp, why did I bother to drive for several hours to the Minamiboso Peninsula? I have noticed the deliciousness of the level that I ask myself. I regained my composure, and four more items. Elongated fried squid appeared under fried shrimp. Very big, soft and very juicy. And before I ate the last dish, I had already finished eating the rice. As a result, what I ate while feeling full was a beautiful orange salmon fry. Due to an unexpected ambush, I was able to eat deliciously until the end. All of the fries are dipped in bulldog chuno sauce and all-you-can-eat tartar sauce, accented with mustard served on the plate. I ate it all in 10 minutes. There was a decent amount of delicious rice, and the ingredients for miso soup were seaweed. I imagined that mixed fries would have vegetables, but I was betrayed in a good way and it turned out to be a very delicious market meal.
