Ootoya is the best restaurant to have a Japanese meal in Nikke Colton Plaza. Various options of teishoku (grilled fish, pork cutlets, chicken etc.), salads, side dishes and desserts for a good price. Average price: ¥750 〜 ¥1400 per person. Nice non-smoking ambient, with smooth jazz music.

Look, best darned Japanese home cooking style place on a budget.
