More Comments at Google MapWhen it comes to restaurants in markets, most people have a strong impression that they are unfriendly, and even if the food is good, the customer service is 0 points. However, this is not the case with the shops here in Funabashi Market, and many of them have courteous customer service. First of all, the owner of Takubo Shokudo, which I visited this time, is very personable. He speaks clearly, smiles, and is efficient. For first-time customers who couldn't eat oysters, I would suggest substituting a different topping. Ordered the fried assorted set meal. Work is perfect too. There are no complaints about the toppings or how well they are fried. It's not heavy with oil and is fried really light and crispy, bringing out the deliciousness of the ingredients. All five types of oysters, horse mackerel, yellowtail, scallops, and squid are delicious. Tartare is also good. Even the miso soup is delicious. Furthermore, you can have free refills of rice. They will tell you exactly what to do when serving the food. I asked for a smaller refill, but while serving the bowl of rice, she even said, ``If it's not enough, please let me know again.'' What consideration. What kind of hospitality would you say these days? The inside of the restaurant was clean and I had a great time eating there. This was just before 5am. Apparently the store is open from 2pm, probably to cater to the people working at the market. From early in the morning, I was able to enjoy the most delicious fried set meal, which I ate heartily and with great comfort. I think I will definitely go again. I'm happy to have had such a wonderful experience.
Ordered an assortment of fries. The horse mackerel was meaty and the oysters were big, creamy and delicious. The scallops were also huge. The miso soup is also delicious and a great help during this cold season.
I visited the store twice. The Gohore Kaisendon was the best✨It was a little chewy and contained petit marine and tobikko, so the texture was fun, and above all, the sashimi was melty and delicious. I was surprised that even though it was only 2,000 yen, it came with sea urchin on a separate plate! I don't like alum in sea urchin, but I didn't have to worry about it at all and it was delicious! My companion ate the ginger-yaki, which also came with rice, and the rice was free, so we had two refills. He said it was his favorite flavor of the ginger-yaki he had ever eaten 🎵 On my second visit, I had the Bakudan set meal, which I thought was a little bulky compared to the seafood bowl I had last time, but it had a lot of natto, seafood, gari, and tobikko, and the texture and taste were delicious. 😋I also ordered sardines boiled in plum on the side, and the taste was outstanding! The plums were cooked so soft that you didn't even notice the bones, and the sweet flavor of the plums was delicious〰️. However, I think 1000 yen for 2 bottles is a bit pricey...😅However, the shop staff is very nice and it's a local shop, but it's clean, and I'll definitely go there again!
