Funabashi, Chiba, Japan｜Yamada Udon

My day job is a truck driver, so I often eat at Yamada Udon in various places. When I'm at work, I usually eat one bowl of udon in a kakiage bowl set, but I recommend this piping hot pot-fried udon in the cold winter.I don't like the egg yolk to break and mix with the soup, so I have it separated. I eat it with egg-cooked rice, and even though it's such a troublesome order, the lady here fulfills my order without making a single disgusted face. I LOVE YAMADA

There was a shop quite far away, but I went in for the first time in many years, but I was very happy that the taste of the soup was still as I liked.

I'm sorry, but most of the staff are older women, but while they are very responsive to young people, they are cold to older people. Maybe it's just me.
