Funabashi, Chiba, Japan｜Hananoya

It's located inside the Funabashi Wholesale Market. I went there by car, and unlike the Chiba City Wholesale Market, there was no need to get a permit and you could just go in. It seems that the parking lot used by general cars and businesses is the same. I used it after 11 o'clock on a Saturday. There were several set meal restaurants, but there were long lines at all of them. Even in shops that open until 13:00, depending on the location, the seafood bowl may have ended or the shop may have closed. I think the main time is from first thing in the morning until before noon. I waited in line for less than 30 minutes to enter the store. Inside the store, there were three tables that seated 4 people, and a counter that seated 6 or 7 people. When it was crowded, I asked to share a seat. The two of us each ordered a sashimi set meal and a seafood bowl. It seems to include the recommended topics of the day. You can enjoy a variety of delicious seafood such as tuna, shrimp, mackerel, salmon, sardines, fatty tuna, squid, yellowtail, and bonito. The ingredients were mostly the same, but the seafood bowl came with tobiko. In addition, vinegared rice was made each time for the seafood bowl and was thoroughly cooled to prevent heat from getting into the ingredients.

I visited you on a weekday afternoon. We arrived around 1pm and had to wait outside for about 10 minutes as the place was full. After ordering the mixed fries set meal, I looked at the reviews on Google and found out that they had a mini sashimi set, so I hurriedly asked for an additional order, and they included it. And it’s only 100 yen! There is no way not to add this. The mixed fries are a three-piece assortment of white meat, sardines, and fried chicken. They are all delicious. Something I've noticed recently is that white rice is almost always delicious at a good set meal restaurant. The food here was no exception and was delicious. The atmosphere of the shop is also good. I think a large percentage of the regular customers ordered the seafood bowl. Thank you for the meal. I'll come back later!

I got a special seafood bowl for 1800 yen! All the ingredients were fresh and very delicious...the afterglow. fatty tuna? Chutoro? Hamachi, scallops, raw shrimp, salmon roe, clam, salmon, and more! I think it will be more than double if I eat it in Hokkaido or other tourist spots... I will come again!
