Yachiyo, Chiba, Japan｜Yachiyo Syokudo

I have visited several times with my wife, but this time I visited for lunch alone. The medicinal curry on the signboard menu is of course delicious, but the “Takeoka style ramen” was shocking in quality. I thought that 1,280 yen per cup was expensive...I wonder if it was the roadside station price...I ordered it, but the ramen that came out had 3 extra-large pieces of chashu! It's a soft-cooked char siu with a good balance of meat and fat. The umami was maxed out by being roasted. Soup, noodles, finely chopped onions, none of them are compromised. I'm happy just to be able to eat Kaigaratei quality easily with little waiting time, but what happens when Kaigaratei makes ramen...! It was an experience that took me by surprise. I will come again for a slightly luxurious reward lunch. *Credit card payment and PayPay payment are accepted.

I had the tide ramen. It was my favorite with a simple homely taste. My elderly mother asked for a fried oyster set meal. They said it was fried carat and delicious. It seems that it was good to be able to make the amount of rice and miso soup you like by yourself. You don't have to leave any leftovers. I especially liked the feeling of being in nature with the large window glass.

Entered the store around 1 o'clock on weekdays. The inside of the store was not so crowded, and there were enough seats. I had a horse mackerel set meal, but it was very delicious with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. Next time I will go to eat a limited amount of golden horse mackerel set meal!
