For miso soup, you can choose between tuna soup or regular miso soup. There aren't many menu items. Moreover, there are many limited editions, so it's best to go before the store opens, as the small quantities run out quickly. I chose bigeye tuna and had it as a set meal. Kuroku's tuna is a little sparse but thick. And each slice is big. The key point here is that the good thing about Mr. Kuroku is that he removes the streaks, so it has a very good texture. It's understandable that the price is high because they have made even more changes to the good tuna. And although it is chewy and comes with sauce, the flavor comes out after you bite into each slice. If you want to make it into a pickled rice bowl, I think it's better not to put sauce on it because each slice is soaked in sauce. Unlike pickled tuna at a sushi restaurant, it has a strong flavor, so I think it will be salty if you put it on. Once you get used to this pickle, the pickles at the sushi restaurant will no longer be enough. My mother, who usually doesn't eat much, ate it looking delicious. I think I want to go again.
