Chicken wasabi, chicken ponzu sauce, grilled chicken thighs with shiochimi, sweet egg rolls, tofu salad, fried squid with garlic, hijiki ae, homemade bran pickles, and salmon chazuke are all delicious. This is creative cuisine that makes the most of the ingredients. I can understand why reservations fill up quickly. This is a wonderful izakaya where you can feel at ease, with the proprietress and all the staff (family) serving customers in a casual manner. I often go out to eat, and although there are only a few restaurants in Kashiwa that I return to again, I now have one new favorite restaurant. I want to go for lunch next time 😄 ①Chicken tenderloin wasa The taste of seared chicken fillet wrapped in the scent of wasabi is the taste of the best chicken that will fill your mouth💘 ②Chicken tenderloin ponzu sauce Ponzu and spicy miso? It was so refreshing that I couldn't hold my chopsticks in it 😆 ③ Grilled chicken thighs with salt and shichimi Large amount of chicken thighs and green onions. While enjoying the juicy chicken skin with just the right amount of fat, the chopped green onions create an even more delicious chord in your mouth 🎺♪🎶♫♬ ④Sweet tamagoyaki Just one bite will fill your mouth with the aroma and taste of French toast. ⑤Tofu salad While feeling the crunch of the tofu, it blended perfectly with the fresh raw vegetables, making it a casual dressing 😄 ⑥Fried squid and garlic So crunchy...this was the best texture I've had since Yobuko's squid. I think the texture is unique to lively squid. I have never tasted it at any other izakaya. Oishii😍 ⑦Hijikiae (appetizer) With its gentle seasoning, it is the number one appetizer. ⑧Homemade bran pickles Even though it has such a aroma of rice bran and a pleasant salty taste, it has a wonderful texture...the crispy texture plays a pleasant rhythm🥁 ⑨Salmon chazuke The ochazuke was so delicious that it didn't end there. ⑩Cold sake It was fruity and delicious🍶 I was able to eat this much and absorb a lot of protein and vitamins. Also, starting next week, I will do my best at RI○AP. Thank you to the hostess and staff. P.S. I felt relieved when he said "I hope you win😄" when paying the bill. Visited on Sunday night. The levanilla is perfectly cooked! Everything was delicious, including the sweet tamagoyaki and toriwasa. It seems like it can be used with either alcohol or rice as a main dish.
