Ordered the Katsudon, salty, sweet, and fried to perfection!

It was my first time visiting. I had Kayaku udon, Gomoku ramen, and Tenmaki. Everything was delicious, but the soup stock was different. This is my first time trying this seasoning. I didn't really like hanpen, but the hanpen (or hanpei here?) that came with the Kayaku udon went well with the soup stock and was delicious. The chicken stock is strong. This was surprising since the Tokai region has a lot of strong bonito soup stock. Gomoku ramen also has a lot of ingredients, and the soup stock is also mysterious. It has a complex taste. Is delicious. I only knew that Tenmaki was sold at supermarkets, so this was my first time trying it at a store. The warm and soft rice, shrimp tempura, yukari and perilla leaves are exquisite. It's really delicious. Let's go again.

The fried oysters for lunch were really delicious. It's close so I'll go again
