More Comments at Google MapI went nearby for work so I went in. When I looked at the menu, I thought that the meat wouldn't be as thick as the one in the photo, but it turned out to be surprisingly firm and thick pork belly, which made me excited. The meat was heavily seasoned, but Oi sauce is placed on the table, so if you like a strong sauce, you can pour it on as much as you want. Looking at the menu, it seems that the price changes depending on the amount of meat, and there was also a mega for those who want to eat a lot.
I went on the first day it opened. I immediately ate the store's signature menu, pork belly bowl. It's baked after ordering, so there's a bit of a wait, but it was very delicious. I was also interested in another menu item, pork loin bowl, so I went to eat it another day. It's very soft and can be easily bitten off with your teeth. I am very satisfied with the soup that comes with it as it tastes just for me.
I had the pork belly bowl. The carefully grilled pork was thick and chewy, and the sauce was sweet and salty, making it a pork bowl that recreated the taste of Obihiro's pork bowl. The miso soup was a little thick, but it went well with the pork bowl sauce. I think I'll try the pork loin next time. It was a weekday night, and there were a lot of cars in the parking lot, but the inside of the restaurant was spacious with tables in the back, and the rotation was fast, so the food came out quickly and left a good impression.
