The flavor of eel is amazing! It is located off the Tomazaki alley in Tsukuba City overlooking Ushikunuma. Although this place is called a cape, it seems to bring back the scenery of the distant Jomon period, reminiscent of the fact that it was once a cape-like hill, a remnant of the deep ocean that penetrated into this land. In addition to this historic climate, the building has an elegant and tasteful appearance that retains its appearance from the past. The inside of the building is made of oxidized silver that looks like it has been soaked in the fat of long eels, and you can really feel the atmosphere. The eel is one step above the baseline, and I'm surprised at how good it is for less than 3,000 yen. Although there are a few people in line starting at noon, the inside of the store is large and has ample capacity. The scent of eel as you walk outside is the real pleasure of being at an eel restaurant. The smell of eel while waiting is also fun. The eel was well-steamed and tender, and was grilled over charcoal, giving the charred part the most aromatic flavor. The sauce is sweet and spicy. It goes perfectly with this eel. Best of all, there is no odor typical of river fish, and you can tell that the steaming, grilling, and sauces have been well-balanced. I think the technique is very deep. Despite its location and being a super value for money store, it's not too crowded and I think it's an amazing hidden gem. I think this is a restaurant that serves great eel that is worth going out of your way to eat.

At a restaurant on the banks of Ushikunuma. Both the exterior and the interior have the feel of an old popular restaurant. The purpose was to eat eel, and most of the other customers were there too. I ordered eel ju. The eel is as good as its reputation. It was very delicious. Moreover, when the price is low It was no wonder that customers kept coming to visit us.

I've been to Tomazaki Kobo Daishido many times while riding my bicycle, but I thought it was an eel specialty store because the eel streamers were so conspicuous. I had thought this for a long time, but after reading other people's comments, I finally understood, so I asked. Truly Showa retro! It feels like an old-fashioned diner, so it's not at all intimidating, it has a homely atmosphere, it's reasonably priced, and it's traditional and reassuringly delicious. This time I ordered egg bowl and ramen. Next time I'll try eel! Even if you think about it normally, eel dishes are reasonably priced. There is a parking space in front of the store, but it is not recommended due to the slope. If you are forced to park, there is a free parking lot near Tomazaki Kobo Daishido, so it is definitely better to park there. There are also free toilets. ★Second visit Next time I'll try eel! While writing this, I ordered ``yakisoba and rice.'' ★Third visit I finally ate eel! These are ``Naru Naju'' and ``Unakimoni''. I think unakimo ni is the best snack to go with alcohol. The liver tasted like red shellfish, and the liver had a clean taste and no odor. It's eel jus, but it was more than the price, and in my opinion it was very delicious. While I was eating it, I remembered something that I don't remember anymore, but it was the eel jus at Maruhachi, a popular restaurant in Mizukaido that I used to frequent. You can enjoy the slightly charred eel in the sweet and rich sauce. The rice is a little hard and this is the only option. Just the right amount of firmness. Since the price is the price, the thickness of the eel doesn't matter. Comes with soup, pickled pickled radish and Chinese cabbage. You can eat delicious eel jus for 2,300 yen, so yes, satisfaction! is. The eel kabayaki at a certain restaurant near Ushiku Station and on the shore of Ushikunuma Lake was not really the eel kabayaki I was looking for, and I remember being disappointed at Hijo, so I was happy to be able to eat the delicious eel at Misaki Shokudo here. I am truly grateful. Thank you for the meal! 😘
