I happened to meet the son of the landlady here at ``Jun Cafe New Fuji,'' a famous restaurant off the coast of Arakawa that has a Showa aroma. The recommendation is garlic fried rice and fried chicken, and the fried chicken is Hokkaido's Zangi-style fried chicken. The proprietress and her son had come here from Hakodate, so it was easy to understand why Sudachi gave them several types of Matsumae pickled souvenirs and fried chicken called zangi. Anyway, the popular menu here seems to be the "Garlic Fried Rice Set", and when I tried it, it was simple, but the fried rice had a flavor that left you wanting, and it was quite addictive. The landlady's sense speaks volumes! The landlady has worked very hard to come here, but she has a wonderful smile and is a friendly, bright and eternally young person, which I can honestly respect. Really, people who have gone through hardships are more likely to behave bravely, right? As a fellow human being, I can only say that he is cool. I'll visit you again. So, you can take home fried chicken and fried rice for 1,000 yen cheaper!

I went in for lunch because it was a restaurant with a good reputation, but it's certainly cheap❗️ I was worried about the garlic fried rice set and ordered it. It took a while, but it was delicious. It's simple, but it's so delicious that it's addictive. Also, the pickles were delicious! It was a lot of fun to talk with the very kind shop staff. Also, according to the story of the store, the freshly fried chicken is very delicious😋 Next time I come, I definitely want to have fried chicken.

I had the spicy chili pepper fried chicken set meal. There was no wait as it was just before opening on a Saturday, and no one came by until we finished eating. (lol) My aunt is managing it all by herself, so I have to wait a long time until it's ready. In addition to the fried chicken, it comes with a raw egg, a large salad, two kinds of pickles (one is said to be free, so it may not always be available), miso soup (pork soup?), and coffee after the meal, so it's very satisfying. .
