More Comments at Google MapGrilled fish is delicious. As I get older, I appreciate the tenderness of fish. Of course, you can grill fish on a grill at home, but the way a professional grills it is exquisite. When you bake it at home, you want it to be undercooked so it doesn't get hard, or raw, and it's a bit burnt and crunchy! That's quite difficult. Furthermore, there are many types of fish. Ebo-tai, tsubo-tai, red fish, black-throated sea bream, red mackerel, etc. are hard to find. I wonder if the husband and wife are managing the whole thing, which was a really nice feeling. Recommended for those who want a comforting meal.
For me, it's a striking set meal. The photo shows mackerel marinated in soy sauce, 1,150 yen. The rice is also very delicious. The miso soup has a slightly strong flavor. I would like to come several times and try different things. I came back in the evening with my family. We each received Tsubotai, Mahokke, Red Fish, and Cutlassfish. It's well-cooked and has a taste that you can't eat at home. Thank you for the meal. Tonight's meal is a little soft. It's perfect before going to bed, but I like it firmer.
I went because I was on a magazine and it looked delicious! I went at 11:40 on Saturday and there was a group of first customers. Passed through the counter and ordered an open mackerel set meal. I was surprised that the mackerel was bigger than I saw in the magazine! It's fatty and fluffy, and it's delicious to eat with grated radish! The rice was well grained and had just the right amount of firmness, the aburaage and komatsuna miso soup was light, the simmered egg and carrots were gently soaked in flavor, and the taro had black spots (burnt?), but I didn't know. was soft and delicious (laughs) Second time I ordered a dried swordfish set meal (less rice call). The cutlass fish was delicious with the freshness of lemon and the soft and deep taste! It was nice to be able to eat high-end fish that is hard to eat! I ate a raw shirasu bowl set meal, and it was excellent to eat together with the texture and bitterness of raw shirasu, ginger and rice (laughs). By the time we finished eating, customers came one after another, the parking lot was full, and some people left. I think it's best to go when the store opens or around 13:00. The clerk was also nice to serve customers with a smile.
