I entered the store because I was drawn to the exterior, which made me feel like I had traveled back in time, and I felt like I was exposed to the kindness of the old-fashioned Japanese people. The inside of the store is divided into three parts: counter, tables, and a coffee shop (although it is not open at the moment). As replied to other people's reviews, it seems that it has been in business for 50 years, and there is a Japanese-style counter where you can eat at nearby factories and Un-chan who runs on Route 6, and a place where families are traveling. It's a Western-style coffee shop that makes you feel a little special (it's from the Showa era, so it looks retro now), and a place where salespeople can relax. I felt that they were kind and wanted each customer to eat their food with a happy feeling. I received the giblet stew set, and the giblet stew was so exquisitely seasoned that I felt like I could eat as many as I wanted. It was really delicious. The udon noodles also have a good dashi flavor and are really delicious. Although the seasoning is a bit strong, when I look at the trucks running on Route 6 and the factory across the street, I feel that it has a gentle, gentle flavor. This is a restaurant where you can really feel the kindness in both the taste and the atmosphere. I also want to come here even if it's at a slightly different time when I'm on Route 6. It was the kind of shop that made me think so. Thank you for the meal.

I usually have soba, but I chose udon. Both the noodles and the soup are delicious with good seasoning. Boiled offal is also delicious. I want to go again.
