I had the daily set meal (conger eel and vegetable tempura bowl) that is only available for weekday lunch. The miso soup is made with shrimp and fish, making it rich and delicious! The main conger eel and vegetables are crispy and the sweet sauce and rice are perfect!

Lunch cost performance is good ^ ^ Ordered the fried horse mackerel set meal and the daily set meal of silver cod pickled in Saikyo!! ︎ The fried horse mackerel is crispy, moist and the best way to fry it! ︎ The batter is gentle and the oil drains well ^ ^ The taste of Saikyozuke is not too strong! ︎ Perfect to accompany rice ^ ^ The rice is delicious too ^^ The soup is pork soup with quail eggs 🥚 Oh, I'm so happy ^ ^ The rice is a bit small, so you might want to eat a larger portion ^ ^ It was a quality lunch... but it was a very satisfying and high-class lunch ^ ^ However, it's amazing that you can eat it for around 1000 yen ^ ^ The staff and the inside of the store are wonderful ^ ^ If you are nearby and are hungry, please stop by ^ ^ You won't lose anything! At lunch time, I had the Hitachi beef tendon set meal (with hot egg) for 1,100 yen🐮 Hitachi beef is a brand of beef from Ibaraki Prefecture. They also use Hitachi Oda rice 🌾 I was very satisfied with the sweet beef tendon that was stewed so tender that the fibers of the meat melted 💮💯 I added shichimi chili pepper in the middle and enjoyed the unique taste 👅 Also, the miso soup was amazing 🤗 The soup stock had a lot of flavor with lots of clams, and it was full of bonito flakes 👍 Moreover, the gentle taste of the turnips made me feel like winter 🌟 I was planning to try the ``Tricolor bowl of Hitachi beef tendon, salmon roe, and dashimaki egg'' for 1,210 yen next, but unfortunately it disappeared from the menu😢
