Yokote is over 2,000 meters above sea level, and you can enjoy the mountain ranges such as the Northern Alps. It's a shop in such a place, so there's no reason for the atmosphere to be bad. I chose this restaurant because I had a dog friendly space on the terrace next to the restaurant. Since the view was nice, I thought that the taste of the meal would be secondary, so I ordered a pizza with bamboo shoots that are in season (Nekagari bamboo, which is famous in the Shinetsu region), and after waiting for it to be cooked properly, I ordered it on the terrace next door. So, when I sat down with my dog ​​and started eating, I couldn't help but say, "Wow, it's delicious!" I didn't think it was delicious because of the beautiful scenery, but because the bamboo shoots and various other ingredients were well-balanced, and the texture was authentic. One of the best pizzas I've had recently! I was honestly surprised that I could eat it in a place like this. Even when I put down the dishes, I expressed my gratitude to the staff, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
