Tomioka, Gunma, Japan｜Cafe

We took a break while strolling around Tomioka city☕🍮 It was a very hot day, so I ordered an iced coffee without hesitation. I felt lonely with that alone, so I also asked for the "milk pudding" with red bean paste, which is also the name of the shop. Seats include tables, counters, and sofas. The items served are placed on a stylish tray, and the iced coffee is delicious with a refreshing taste and a deep roasted bean flavor. The milk pudding is moderately sweet and melts in your mouth very well. Also, the red bean paste on top is exceptional, and it is a large azuki bean that is closer to soybeans than azuki beans. I was pressed for time and could not relax, but I would like to visit again at lunch time next time.

It is located about 1 minute walk from Tomioka City Hall. I've only been there for lunch, but I imagine it's always crowded. Due to the coronavirus, many customers are ordering takeout. There are 3 types of lunch. Choose your main dish from fish, meat, or hamburger. We look forward to seeing the types of fish on the day. My recommendation is the hamburger steak. Salad and main dish on one plate, rice, drink, and dessert for 1,100 yen. Desserts are made with red bean paste and are a favorite among children. I just went there the day before yesterday, but now I want to go again.
