While I was waiting for the coffee to be roasted, the master brewed me some recommended coffee (I went with a friend and I was the only one who bought beans, but my friend also had coffee service). (lol), I was able to spend a luxurious time drinking delicious coffee and waiting for the beans to be baked.

This is a coffee bean shop run by a gentle and coffee-savvy husband who roasts the beans to match the beans he purchases the most each time he purchases them. There are many regular customers, and they will wrap it for gifts. If you want to buy several kinds, I thought it would be good to call in advance. (While I was waiting for the roasting, they made me a recommended coffee, listened to the owner's stories, and read many magazines, so I was able to relax while I waited.) Tiara, Edelweiss, Shibukawa Special, all of them were very fragrant and delicious.
