Wonderful people and coffee!!! Can't recommend highly enough!

I don't like coffee, but I fell in love with the "Naturally Processed Ethiopian Beans" I bought here. As soon as you open the package, a rich, brandy-like aroma spreads out, and when you grind the beans, it gets even stronger. It's a coffee that you can enjoy the scent of brandy all the time from warm to cold (some people may feel like whiskey). Even though I don't like the bitterness or sourness of coffee, I can easily drink it, and when you add a little sweetness, it feels like you're drinking brandy without alcohol. I don't like alcohol, but it smells so good that I want to feel it all the time. Since it's a little far from my house, I looked around my neighborhood or at a slightly larger coffee shop to see if they had the same beans, but most of the naturally-produced beans were lightly roasted, and the ones from all the shops were so sour that I couldn't drink them all. It was. The owner of this shop roasts the beans using natural methods to bring out the maximum aroma while observing the state of the beans at the time. It's a medium to medium-dark roast, so it has just the right amount of acidity and bitterness, so even someone like me who doesn't like coffee can enjoy the aroma and drink it all the way to the end. Personally, I think that if you grind the beans coarser (about 2mm of particles), it will be cleaner and easier to drink (the aroma will still be rich). Now, I only drink several cups of this coffee every day with my husband. The scent of brandy that hits your nose will soothe you and make you feel richer. I was able to find coffee that was truly delicious, both in taste and aroma. The owner was also very serious about coffee, listened to my words even though I was an amateur, and gave advice that was very easy to understand even though I couldn't explain it well. The owner and the coffee he serves are the best, the best, and the only coffee I've ever had. I have nothing but gratitude. The parking lot is a little difficult to find, so I think it's a good idea to park in front of the store and ask the owner first. People who don't like the bitterness or sourness of coffee. People who don't like alcohol. Please buy this naturally-produced coffee bean, coarsely ground it, and try brewing it.

I came here for the first time today after someone told me that Fukuden's coffee beans are delicious. When I told him that I usually drink French Roast at Starbucks, he said he thought Brazil would be better, so I bought Brazil. Apparently he was a member of the team that became the best in Japan in roasting. When I got home, I immediately tried brewing with a paper drip. delicious. It's completely different from Starbucks...When I was drinking Starbucks, I thought it was good, but Fukuden's coffee beans are completely different and delicious. The aftertaste is really good. The price is almost the same as Starbucks, so this is a great discovery. The bag also comes with a zipper for convenience. I thought the Starbucks flavor tasted like coffee, but I was shocked to find out that it actually tasted like real coffee. The parking lot is located to the north of Arai-ya Miso Manju. The two parking lots on the north side are Fukuden's parking lot (look for the owl mark). I will come again.
