Tochigi, Japan｜Parlour Tochigi

So cute! It's right in the central area of town, so you'll surely be near it at some point if you visit Tochigi. I ordered the Victoria cake which (I think?) was a weekly item. The building is very cute; strong rustic/farmhouse sort of vibes. Also, the menus were these cute little pieces of parchment paper.

Beautifully done pudding and mains!
