Kanuma, Tochigi, Japan｜Sound Cafe Nakaji

Fantastic jazz cafe near Kamitsuga hospital. the entrance is hard to find, it is the stars behind the parking area. The food was great, coffee was fresh, and the cocktails were delicious. The atmosphere can't be matched, it's so stylish and a hidden gem in Kanuma.

A little oasis with big sound systems - felt like Coltrane was playing right behind me! Fantastic home made cakes (heavenly walnut) and coffee. Can’t wait to have Guinness on tap!

I could feel the master's commitment to equipment selection and setting. I listened to JBL and B&W, and had the strange experience of hearing how similar they sounded, even though they were made by completely opposite manufacturers. In both cases, the speaker disappeared before my eyes. In the music cafes I've been to, the sound they play is by far the best. Both the coffee and the hamburger steaks were delicious.
