Kanuma, Tochigi, Japan｜Honey B

One of my favorite places to take my friends in Kanuma. The menu is so fresh, and changes with the season. The drinks are delightful, and there's always something new and sweet to try. It does get crowded and doesn't take reservations on weekdays or holidays, so be prepared to wait. But it is well worth the wait, since the food and atmosphere is perfect. You can also sample honey in the connected honey shop and buy some to bring home. It is perfect to see what honey you like, and to hear staff recommendations on how to pair it with drinks and food.

They have amazing variety of gelato and sorbet . All includes honey and also have 4-5 vegan options as well! These individual photos are all vegan. Amazing!
