Their stuff here is very kind and helpful. I really love this place. There is this Starbucks in Kawaguchiko that I do not recommend. The guy manager there was very racist as I am a foreigner, and he lied when I asked him about a service, which, later on, I was able to verify with Customer Service. Therefore, comparing this store to that experience makes me appreciate them even more. They are very warm here.

very friendly staff and communicate well even you are a foreigner. Highly recommend. (Other Starbucks locations are not like them and would not treat you like a customer and are dominant. ) so I appreciate this store.
