It's an ordinary shop along the industrial road in Utsunomiya (lol), but the coffee beans here are amazing. I like beans. And roasting is my preference. The degree of roasting varies from person to person, so you can get an idea of ​​the degree of roasting at a particular store by tasting the morning roast and the dark roast. Well, try drinking it once, the scent is different. Have fun tomorrow. I bought some beans (lol) Bali Kamiyama, my favorite beans. I get excited just thinking about how it will drip. Set the water temperature to 87 degrees Celsius (medium grind), add 25g of luxurious water, and stop the drip time of 300g of hot water for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The aim is to have a good aroma, a bittersweet aftertaste, and a sweet taste.

I went to Tochigi Gardening and bought some hand drip iced coffee. It’s great because you can choose the beans you want to drip by yourself♪ I made it strong using hand drip, added large ice cubes, gave it a whirl, and the iced coffee was completed. Brewing your own coffee is also an option. Although the shop sells beans on-site, there are a wide variety of beans to choose from, and if you tell the staff your preference, they will advise you on which beans to choose. It was so delicious that I would like to visit the restaurant next time. The store staff are also very friendly and charming, so I think that's a big plus.
