After buying oysters in Yorishima, I happened to stop by last year to go home in the morning. I stopped by on a trip and ordered the "Anko Butter" on the menu. The red bean paste was flavored with rum, and it was quite a unique dish. A friend of mine also said that the "pear cream cheese toast", made with pears simmered in brandy, was also delicious. I want to go again☆
