Soja, Okayama, Japan｜Mame Lab

This is a shop I always stop by when I return to Soja. When I walk near the store, I can smell the nice smell of coffee and that alone makes me happy. Since the beans are roasted, it has a fragrant scent. Although I like the scent, I am sensitive to caffeine, so I drink exclusively caffeine-free. I got it at a store and it was delicious, so I bought it in powder form for the first time. If you make it at home right away, it's really delicious. I like pairing it with a steamed bun called Mangetsu from nearby Inoue Roishoen. Both are my favorite flavors and my favorite restaurants, so I feel more than twice as happy 😊 It is recommended. There are many types of blends, such as those from particular production areas, so you are sure to find something you like 😃Please come and visit ☕️

300 yen per cup The store is very conscientious and the staff are friendly. Lemon coffee that is not on the menu costs 350 yen. The iced coffee contained a slice of frozen lemon. It tasted like iced tea and was delicious. There are 2 parking spaces in the monthly parking lot, which is about a 2-minute walk away. There is one counter seat and two two-seater tables inside.

It's really helpful to have a coffee shop like this in my neighborhood... The coffee you'll want to drink, Mame Lab is of course particular about the beans, and the roasting machine is made in the Netherlands and is of very high quality, but at around 500 yen per cup, it's reasonably priced and delicious! The spring-only honey latte was very easy to drink and delicious with the honey. Caffe latte is also a coffee that goes perfectly with milk, so there's no way it wouldn't go well with it lol. Personally, I recommend a latte with milk etc.
