Okayama, Japan｜ichi-cafe

After finishing a meeting, I went to Higashiyama's ``Ichi Cafe'' for a late lunch, and it was my first visit in a while. It's a popular restaurant that is often full at lunchtime. The inside of the store is square, and there are counter seats on the east side and near the kitchen. There were 2 customers ahead of me at around 2pm. ．． ．． If it's late, you can stay relaxed! ! Order the ``brown rice set meal'', which is served in about 10 minutes and includes a main course, two small dishes, gratin, salad, brown rice, miso soup, and pickles. The main dish is fried tofu and green vegetables with amazake chili sauce.There are many square fried tofu pieces, so it's quite filling! The chili sauce is made from sweet sake, so it's not spicy, but it has a deep flavor and goes perfectly with the green vegetables (*^^*) In addition to the main dish, the rice, miso soup, and side dishes are also delicious.It's a very healthy lunch in total, and if you eat it every day, you'll live a long life! !

This is my first visit since I found a space in the parking lot! Many picture books by Shinsuke Yoshitake were displayed on the walls of the store ♡ I ordered a brown rice set meal. The crunchy brown rice I haven't had in a long time is delicious! Seasoned side dishes that bring out the flavors of the ingredients. It was a complete meal! The baked goods next to the cash register were so cute! I was able to use PayPay.

The atmosphere of the store is also good, You can enjoy a variety of dishes and eat lots of vegetables. It was about 1000 yen including tax! It was really delicious ☺️
