Lunch at a nice cafe today! Miscellaneous goods and organic products are also sold. There were 3 courses for lunch, and I received a detailed explanation. I asked for a simple lunch (^｡^) ♪ A simple lunch with 4 side dishes and a main dish on one plate. Today's main dish is thick-fried pork roll (^^) First, let's start with the side dishes: Spicy Japanese-style stew of eggplant and minced meat.This is delicious! It's not that the seasoning is strong, but the taste that makes use of the ingredients! I ate almost all of my rice with just this／(^o^)＼ The potato and basil had a nice aroma and the seasoning was exquisite. The other side dishes are also delicious\( ˆoˆ )/ Then, the main dish is the Atsuage pork roll.The pork is crispy and has a chewy texture on the inside.It is topped with a sweet and spicy sauce, but since the inside is Atsuage, the combination of flavors is really delicious and the rice is delicious. Proceed! you Before I knew it, I had run out of rice, so I had to get some more, but this rice with ancient rice was even more delicious (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)! After the meal, I had red shiso juice, which was neither too sweet nor sour, and very refreshing! This shop even gave us commemorative cookies as it was our 7th anniversary.
