It has a strong acidity, so it goes well with honey and jam. ・Basque cheesecake It is a basque with a creamy texture and a slightly sweet taste. ·Baked cheese cake It has a strong cheesy flavor and is well-balanced when paired with sweet jam or honey.

My wife took me there. I think he was considerate of me because I had previously said that I wanted to have tea in a place surrounded by nature like this. It was very relaxing and I was able to enjoy afternoon tea. Everything was delicious, and even the fresh cream on the roll cake showed that it wasn't ready-made. Each item has been carefully selected for its balance with the tea, and combined with the atmosphere, you can spend a happy time that will put you in a good mood. I plan to go again soon.
