Makinohara, Shizuoka, Japan｜古民家カフェ とこ十和

Last time, when I was driving through Makinohara with a friend, I found an old folk house cafe and went in... It was a popular restaurant and was fully booked, so I gave up and came back (*T^T) I really wanted to go there, so this time I made a reservation and was able to enjoy the meal (v^ー°) I was able to relax in a historic old folk house, and they also sold handmade bags and pouches, so I didn't get bored. The food was also extremely delicious. It has become a cafe that I want to invite my friends to again.

Although it was a weekday, I made a reservation a week in advance. The renovated old house and the garden were well maintained and very beautiful. For lunch, there were two main dishes to choose from and a beef stew lunch. This time, I chose a lunch with the main dish being a stewed hamburger steak. There were many small bowls and we enjoyed a variety of side dishes. The lunch portion was a little modest, but including dessert, it was just right. There are about 5 parking spaces in front of the store. It was a nice restaurant where you could relax and have a nice time.

An exhibition of stone Jizo was being held. Today's lunch was a fried Mexicali and bite cutlet lunch. The Stone Jizo Exhibition was being held, and in addition to the old folk house, I was able to enjoy the art as well. (2021/07/07)
