The pudding a la mode is quite large, so if you are not confident that you can eat it all, you can try ordering just the pudding, although I don't think it is on the menu, it seems that you will be able to order it. When I visited last year, it was just after the shaved ice sales ended, so I think I came to the store relatively early (July 3) after the shaved ice started selling this year. Three homemade shiratama dumplings are topped with shaved ice. It's chewy and delicious. The homemade bean paste on top of the shiratama is not too sweet, and I thought it was well balanced with the moderate sweetness of matcha, which has no bitterness at all. Inside the shaved ice are two large bracken-starch dumplings that I heard were ordered from Kyoto and vanilla ice cream. The taste was well-coordinated, and there were plenty of toppings, so I didn't get tired of eating it.
