A pretty cafe and hidden gem for the modern traveller in a sleepy town. Excellent tea & dessert combos

The cafe is part of a green tea shop established 100 years ago, so they are well versed in everything macha. I recommend the Ninki No.1 set menu of parfait with hot green tea. They will ask you to choose a flavor of green tea out of a choice of three, I chose the 2nd one (couldn’t remember the name) and it was delicious. I also recommend the Macha Zenzai for its combination of bitter macha with sweet azuki beans. There are 8 spaces of parking beside the shop for those visiting by car.

I had the impression of a shop with good turnover. He also explained about tea in detail. However, the tea was a little lukewarm, so I personally prefer it hotter ☺️ But it's a very delicious parfait, and I'd like to go there next time when it's Oshiruko ✨️ Although the store is located on a main road, if you turn around at the store, there is ample parking available.
