Numazu, Shizuoka, Japan｜和カフェ 六花

I made a reservation for Rokkazen and used it for lunch with a friend. Both the customer service and the food were of a high standard and I was able to spend a fulfilling time. Postcards of Mr. Coffee House were being distributed, and when I asked about them, I was told that the staff here had drawn pictures and were holding exhibitions over there. I would like to try the sweet flavor next time I use it.

I had lunch there in February when I was taking pictures after my daughter's coming-of-age ceremony. The dishes made us feel the arrival of spring, and each ingredient was carefully selected, making it very delicious. The final sencha was divided into 3 batches: 70℃, 80℃, and 90℃, and each tea leaf perfectly expressed sweet → bittersweet → astringent.

It was about 1000 yen for a set of strawberry parfait and matcha. The ingredients, the arrangement, the vessel, and the atmosphere were ideal, and it was delicious. I will visit again when I go to Numazu.
