The sashimi OCHAZUKE at Cafe Terrace Rob Roy is huge! They serve a healthy portion of wasabi and sesame seeds which was nice. This is a bowl of rice served with an assortment of fresh fish, it gets topped off with hot broth served table side in a teapot. Not knowing how big the Ochazuke was going to be so large, we got the tuna carpaccio which also came in a healthy sized portion. The tuna sashimi were nice big pieces served over a julienned daikon radish salad to be eaten together. Many times in the states, radish on a sashimi platter seems like a garnish that gets left untouched, but this one was served almost like a roll it was meant to be enjoyed together. It was quite nice. Fresh and very healthy. Smoked duck appetizer was our favorite though. I was not into the mentaiko pasta dish as much, the noodles were too soft for my liking. My son had the European curry and he loved it. The menu had a few chili pepper markings on it to signify the spice level, my 10 year old can handle some spice, but he was able to finish it. The bread plate was very nice served with whipped butter and strawberry jam. Iced milk tea was also delicious! お茶漬けが大きくて、とても良いサプライズでした！

Atami-Kannan Line - Located along Prefectural Route 11 towards Atami, there is a parking lot that can accommodate about 13 cars. The exterior looks reminiscent of the European Mediterranean, so it's hard to believe it's a cafe terrace. It's a nice Western-style restaurant with a calm interior, and the menu has a wide variety of everything from meals to desserts and drinks. I entered the store around 12:30 on a Saturday, and there were table seats and counter seats, so it wasn't too crowded. Ordered soup curry for lunch. It will take some time before it comes out. It was a huge amount of soup curry, with lots of vegetables, and the soup was surprisingly delicious, and the ice cream for dessert was also good. It's been a while since I ate this much for lunch.
