Very nice little pudding place. The owner is very friendly and can explain the different pudding in English. We had matcha, natural and caramel. All good whereas was caramel our favorite.

I received a classic pudding from this Shuzenji Pudding Studio. There is an eat-in area inside, so I ate it there.There are brown sugar syrup and caramel in a jar, so you can add as much as you like. The pudding was a little hard, but it was very delicious, and the caramel was slightly bitter, which I thought was a great balance with the pudding.

Shuzenji Pudding Studio is located inside Shuzenji Onsen, right next to Hie Shrine. You can do this by eating Shuzenji pudding or pudding soft serve ice cream, where you can taste the rich flavor of eggs. You can enjoy pudding in a relaxed and stylish atmosphere inside the store. The limited edition white pudding, Shirogoku Pudding, can be eaten as is to enjoy the taste of the pudding itself, and later eaten with brown sugar syrup mixed with caramel. It's rich, yet light and irresistible. I highly recommend this pudding that tastes twice as delicious at once. It's also good to compare it with regular Shuzenji pudding.
