Finally,Saido’s Vegan Ramen can be eaten in Kansai area. I was able to eat the menu of Saido, which is not easy to make a reservation in Tokyo. The food, service and atmosphere were all good. I will definitely come again. #ヴィーガン #Vegan

The best vegan ramen in Hyogo/Himeji Soup is amazing! Their menu are all vegan. You can choose from 3 different vegan noodles or vegan curry. Desert is excellent all hand made.

Can you make delicious ramen and sweets with low carbohydrates and zero animal fat? I asked, skeptical. The vegetables are really delicious, and the noodles are just as delicious. If anything, I might like it better than regular noodles. I was surprised to see that the egg topping on the warm ramen was made only from vegetables! ️ It tasted like a boiled egg. That's an amazing chef The smoked salad looks like a cokelium, and since it's not visible through the smoke, it's incredibly exciting (*≧∀≦*) and I enjoyed it. I was able to eat a lot without feeling guilty and was satisfied.
