It is a cafe restaurant that looks like an old drive-in with a large parking lot along the prefectural road off Route 175 in Kato City. There is also Okonomiyaki Rokumeikan on the premises of the parking lot. The interior is spacious and has a Showa era atmosphere, and the lighting and stained glass are so beautiful that you'll find yourself spending a lot of time there. Newspapers and magazines were also available, and many elderly local people visited.

I went to Rokumeikan Okonomiyaki. I entered the cafe by mistake lol We ordered Italian grilled, rolled eggs and sobameshi. Everything was delicious cooked in your own style.
